Bhallamudi Havish Chandra Age ( 20) Years Is A Resident Of Allipuram,Visakhapatnam. His Father Chandra Sekhar Is A Paralysed Patient. Earlier He Had A Surgery To His Spine. His Mother Varalakshmi Is Working In A Private School . The Scholar Ship Is Not Sanction And Their Family ,Economic Conditions Are Not Favourable To Pay The College Fees. We LAASA provided Educational support to this Deserving Needy Student under LAASA Educational Assistance service project. This activity is proposed by LAASA Volunteer Mamidelli Narayana Rao.
