Chandanala Govindh Age 14 Years Is A Resident Of Tekkali,Srikakulam. He Lost His Mother .His Father Left Him At His Grand Mother And Absconded.His Grand Mother Was The Only Care Taker For This Boy. His Right Leg And Right Hand Are Not Properly Functioning .Right From His Birth. His Left Hand Was Fractured For 3Rd Time Which Is Operated At Riims Srikakulam. His Grand Mother Works As A Made Lifts Water From Some Houses And Earns Her Bread.There Is No One To Take Care Of This Boy ,Infact As A Patient I Was Undergoing Medical Treatment At Riims And Noticed The Above Case . We LAASA provided Medical Assistance support to this Deserving Needy Patient under LAASA Medical Assistance service project. This activity is proposed by LAASA Volunteer UNGARALA NARASIMHA MURTHY.
